- Usage: lessons you save and view, so your dashboard works.
- School enquiries: the details you submit in the enquiry form.
- Billing: handled by our payment processor; we do not store card numbers.
Why we use it
To provide your account and plan (contract), respond to enquiries (legitimate interests), and meet legal obligations such as keeping financial records.
Children's data
Our services are for adults working in schools. We do not knowingly collect pupils' personal data.
How long we keep it
Account data is kept while your account is open. Financial records are kept for as long as the law requires.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, and object to processing. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
