Subscription and Cancellation Policy

Plans
The KS1, KS2 and Full Package memberships are annual plans paid upfront by card. Prices are shown on the Pricing page.
Renewal
Plans renew automatically each year on the date you subscribed unless cancelled before then. Your renewal date is shown on your dashboard.
Cancelling
Cancel any time from Manage billing on your dashboard. You keep access until the end of your current paid year and won't be charged again.
Changing plan
You can switch plan from Manage billing. Any price difference is calculated by our billing system at the time of the change.
Failed payments
If a renewal payment fails we'll retry it and ask you to update your card. If payment still can't be taken, premium access ends.
Refunds
Your statutory rights are not affected. Contact us if you think you've been charged in error.
School memberships
School memberships are agreed individually following an enquiry.
