Copyright and ownership
PEVOLVE teaching resources are protected by copyright. Purchasing membership grants a licence to use the resources within the agreed scope; it does not transfer ownership. Rights in third-party materials remain with their respective rights holders.
Individual membership
The named account holder may access the resources included in their membership, print lesson plans and use them to teach pupils within their own school or setting. Account credentials and downloaded files must not be shared with other staff as a substitute for their own access.
School membership
Whole-school access, authorised staff and any additional settings are agreed in writing through the school enquiry process. A licence for one school does not automatically cover another school, a trust or other organisations. Staff must use their own authorised access rather than a shared password.
Printing and teaching adaptations
You may print and use licensed plans with your pupils and adapt your delivery to suit the class, ability, confidence and safety needs of your setting. Retain copyright notices and attribution on copies. These permissions do not authorise republishing or distributing an adapted resource outside your licensed setting.
What is not permitted
- Reselling, republishing or distributing PEVOLVE resources outside the licensed setting.
- Uploading lesson files to publicly accessible websites, social media or shared resource libraries.
- Sharing login details, bypassing membership restrictions or giving unlicensed staff access to downloaded files.
- Removing copyright notices or claiming authorship of PEVOLVE materials.
After a membership ends
Online premium access ends in line with your membership. These terms do not grant ongoing rights beyond the agreed licence period. Contact us if you need clarification about continued use of previously printed or downloaded resources. Statutory copyright exceptions and any rights expressly agreed in writing are unaffected.
Videos and third-party material
A video placeholder does not grant access to a video. Any available third-party content is subject to its own rights and permitted uses. Do not copy, extract or redistribute such material without the rights holder’s permission or an applicable legal exception.
Permissions and copyright concerns
For additional use or a copyright concern, email enquiries@pevolve.co.uk with the resource link and details. Do not send identifiable pupil information. See our Terms & Conditions for the wider membership terms.
