Learning objective: To travel forwards, backwards and sideways in time with music.

- I can dance forwards
- I can side-step like a crab
- I can move backwards carefully

Equipment checklist
Warm-up: Arrow march
5 mins- March on the spot to music, then march in the direction of the arrow card.
- Freeze on the drum.
