Canon and Unison on Apparatus
Learning objective: To perform movements in canon and unison using low apparatus.
Success criteria
- I can perform a move at the same time as my partner (unison).
- I can perform a move one after the other (canon).
- I can get on and off apparatus with control.
Equipment
- Gymnastics mats (one per pair)
- Low benches and tables / movement tables
- Task cards
- Tablet for filming (optional, school device, in line with school policy)
Warm-up: Apparatus Circuit Walk
6 mins- Pupils move around apparatus, touching each piece with a different body part.
- Mobility.
